Hi Jennifer,
How did it go for you? Hopefully it was not tedious. You are one step closer to the end and I am sure you have done great. I have my group session interview on the 19th and I am glad you asked this question I am sure it is one that many would like to know.

Hi Alisa the group session is not bad at all, it is going to be alot of you guys one the phone at once so when you first call it is going to sound crazy (alot of people talking). Most of us could not log on the web page, but Jessica the lady at Teletech said that was okay. They just went over the hours, about Teletech, the pay, headset, benefits and scheduled you a phone interview. I am really excited can't wait. Let me know how everything goes.
