Liveops Agents - scheduling question
How does the scheduling work for Liveops? When is the schedule put out? Is it only certain times to take calls for each agent? Can someone explain the process and how it works any information would be greatly appreciated.

The Schedule is put out on Thursdays @ 9:00am, 3:00pm, and 9:00pm. Once you set your schedule and launch on to the chat, then you can start taking calls.
