Susan, I know that you are a LO agent, I just recieved a response from them, they want $175 for the background check. I know this happens from time to time, but isn't this a little much. Initially they had $50.00. I didn't know if you did the same or if you know anyone that had to pay that much. I am not apposed to paying it, I just want it to be legit !!!

I just got this SAME email. I emailed the the link they gave on the email and asked what it was for. In the FAQ it states $30, in the packet it states $50, and in my email it says $175. Strange. I searched high and low for a phone number, with no luck. I wish they had someone that you could call that would reassure you.

It sounds like that happens a lot, I am most likely going to pass on this and continue the process through arise and working solutions. I wonder if you pass this time if they offer other opportunities later, that only require the $50. Your right, it would be nice to have someone to talk too !!

I am in the situation, and I called. They told me it was due to the drug test that the particular company required. Hope that is helpful.

Thanks Susan for the websites for legitimate wah jobs!!! I am currently trying to find a job to work from home and don't know where to start. How do I get in? I filled out the app for LiveOps.com and haven't heard from them yet. Do they all take so long afte filling out the apps? Please let me know what I need to do to get started. Thanks again!! Lydia

I started ChaCha recently. Liking it so far. Start training with Westat tomorrow. Woohoo!!!! My fiance is wanting to do a home job that is not phone related. He shakes his head at some of the ChaCha questions, so I think that's not for him. LOL. He can type faster than me and I type 85 wpm. Any ideas, kind folks?
