Is there a way to enlarge our fonts when we post? Since I'm in the "over 45 crowd", reading what has been posted can pose a real challenge! ALSO...wouldn't it be lovely if we could give our fonts some COLOR!! :)

unfortunately for now you cannot change the font sizes at this time and adding color is a bit difficult (you have to add the font color as an HTML command when you post), but we can add this to the list of requested features.

but it is now open to all work at home and the internet.

i see on Ning a gadget called "chat"
i think it would be a neat gadget to put on appropiate groups, like the graveyard shift workers group for example
