Hi, guys, I posted something on the comment wall and I am new at this so don't know if I got any responses. I am a Lopper and am looking for advice on when are the best times to work to get the most calls. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, Linda. Is that midnight to 4 a.m. central time or.......? I am in Colorado, so never know if that makes a difference when I make my commits. Thanks again for the help.

At first when I started with LO, I found a big difference working committed vs uncommitted. Now, after a year, I can still do very well uncommitted. Working uncommitted has several other advantages. When I have a busy life away from LO not being committed means I do not have to watch the clock. I can come to work when I want and still make money.

The not-so-busy times are also good at catching up the ever present bookkeeping and tax work at my desk!

You may find that you are great at a certain product that runs at certain times. It would only stand to reason that you would get more calls during those slots.

My AF suggested you track your minutes slot by slot, and consider looking for commits at those times.

Does that help?

Hi, and thanks for the suggestions. I may try that. I also find it difficult to always be at the computer during roll out so I miss the opportunity to make those commits! I guess every call counts toward my 1,000 whether committed or not. Thanks again for the wonderful advice and Happy 4th of July to you and yours.

Hi Jeri,

I've been with Liveops almost since the beginning (my number is 2696, lol) and from what I can tell, when you're new the most important thing is to develop consistent stats. This is how LO determines how many calls you get. In the beginning, I think working weekends are the best times to get lots of calls and maybe overnights (if you can). Also go to team meetings with your AF and learn all about the products as this will help you be more comfortable on the calls which in turn can translate in to sales...and the beat goes on. Best of luck to you!

Hi Leah, do you know anything about the special offer from liveops, regarding the fortune 500 company & the $175 background check. I've been reading alot and I think am going to give it a try. If you have any insight into I'd really appreciate it. Thanks, Michelle

Hi Michelle,

All I can tell you is that it is a legit offer and those who have taken advantage of it (I didn't want it, I have enough on my plate) seem to enjoy it and are making money. Leah

Hello - Just adding a Workspace Community Rules of Conduct reminder to this thread. =)

Maintain client confidentiality
Many work at home companies do not want you to talk about their clients, so if you work for one of these companies do not identify a client by name unless you are positive doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreements you may be under contractual obligation to maintain. If you have any doubt, use a made up name such as client *XS* for example that cannot be identified as a specific person or company, provided that the specific person or company cannot be identified through other details in the post.
