I just completed my agent qualification process for LiveOps on Wednesday. I have been a pre-school teacher for the last 2 years and wore many hats before that. I mostly work LiveOps although I dabble in West, ACD & ChaCha. I've been doing this since February and I really enjoy it and the opportunities I have with it. I work part time doing this type of "operator standing by" work and it's a perfect fit. I have a degree in Communication Arts and I simply got tired of the corporate workforce...so when my husband suggested this setup I jumped at the chance.
