Any Convergys employees?
Just curious if there are any Convergys employees out there besides me. Also I noticed that some people interested and are having a hard time with the PC test. If y'all need help, feel free to post here. I will try my best to answer. I had the same problem. I left my computer on for an hour and realized that I did something wrong!

Yeah just get hired about 2 weeks ago for DTV. But, now wondering how can I train with a child at home. My understanding is that is virtual but you have to conference bridge with other trainees and trainer. I'm really thinkiing this may not work if this is how we have to train every day or is that just a one-time thing?

I work with Convergys and i like it so far. It beats driving through Atlanta traffic.
