Anyone working for LiveOps

just wanted some info on what you do when working for liveops? do you have to sell stuff? and how is the pay when working part time?

The program that I am working for is EDS through LO's. I do no selling, their are customers who call and place orders but it isn't cold calling, they call us already wanting to place an order, which is nice and what I like. I also take calls from people wanting to cancel their orders. I am currently working part time. I worked a little more my first week and a half (acuatually 1 day short of two weeks). I worked 58 hours in those (almost) 2 weeks, which was before we had the call volume that we do know and made over 600 dollars. Now the call volume is back to back, with maybe a couple seconds between (30 at the most), so I can't wait for my next invoices to be submitted for this pay period. How many hours can you work a week? How part-time are we talking?

I have a friend from church who got hired through live ops and made up to 15.00 a hour and now she is a supervisor and makes 10.00 but she took the pay cut so that her and her step daughter could get blue cross blue shield.; ▶ Reply to This
