I too have passed my background and drug test but am still waiting to hear from LO. Have you received your logon info to start the certification process?

I have not received anything from LO. I guess once I receive my results I will notify them. Send an email to them to see if they can sedn you the login information.

I looked for a number, can't find one, hopefully if you have gotten the login info already, it will come soon, or you will here from them. Sorry, it took me so long to respond, in the process of moving so haven't been working or on the computer much. let me know if you have heard anything!!

I haven't heard a thing. I'm very anxious to know why I haven't heard from them especially since I've passed both my background and drug test. I sent an email to agent questions and they just sent me a cann statement back. I don't even think they bothered to investigate my package. It's very frustrating because Felicia responded back and told me she received and completed her certification. Any ideas why LO would be taking this long after I've already paid the 175 and passed the drug and background? thanks for listening and hope your move went well.

If you don't mind giving me your full name I can ask my AF if she can check into it, or give it to the direct person to check into for her/you. How long has it been saying pass? If you want just message me your full name, bday, anything that may be helpful.

Hi Rena,
I read your post and wanted to ask, have you heard from LO yet to get started? I just received my "pass" for the b/g today, but have not yet received anything to do the drug test. I just faxed in the b/g form Sat, so I passed that pretty quickly. I guess I'll receive the drug test package in the next couple days.
I just wondered if you got your login and started certification yet.

Yes, I finally received my logon information to start certifying this past Monday. I got the drug test package in about 2 days returned it and recieved the results for it on line within about 5 days. For some reason it took over two weeks after that to here from LO. Not sure if they're behind or not as the other lady received her info much faster than I did eventhough I applied before her. If you don't hear something in a week I'd start emailing.

Hi Rena,
I am still waiting on receiving the drug test package. I read on the FAQ page it would be sent within 2 business days if they rec'vd the background inf before 4 EST on a business day. Well, I faxed it Sat and I figured I would have it by now! Does it come FED EX?? How do you like it so far??
