Customer Service Positions

The company that I am working for is currently hiring. The job is a work from home position. To be qualified for this job you must:
1. have a home computer with internet access
2 have a home phone or cell phone that you can call long distance (US only)
3. Have a quiet place to work.
4. You must undergo a employment pre-screening, this is not a credit check, this is just to verify who you are because you will be dealing with the customers financial infformation. The screening only takes a few minutes and there is a fee for the screening only.

Recently was working with one of the biggest worldwide Call Center provider named Teletech; unfortunately in México the payment they offer is very low and I am looking for a better opportunity.

I was working as independent home-based agent for them, doing billing and high speed internet tasks and assigned to “Charter” company campaign. As you know, Charter Communications, Inc. Is the fourth-largest cable operator in the United States. Charter provides advanced video, high-speed Internet, and telephone services to approximately 5.5 million residential and business customers in 27 states inside the USA.

I can read, speak , write and translate fluently in both, English and Spanish; have everything needed to work from home, high speed internet connection, one laptop with vista and one desktop with windows 7, both with 4 GB of RAM memory, headset, my own printer and phone line with access into the US.

So, I would greatly appreciate if you give me the right directions in order to have access to the right person and be able to inquiry about this great opportunity .
