Cyndi,

Hi....My name is Debbie and I am new to workspace and to LiveOps. I was just sent an email to come on board with Live Ops and since you have been with them 3 years I figure you can give me some advice. Does liveops give you a steady income? On an average, based on the hours you work a week/month, what would you say is the financial return? Is it difficult to take your business to the next level or are there so many agents that it will take forever to land the more lucrative clients? I am hoping it is a situation that I am the one who drives my business, so the more I put into my business the more I get out.

Any additional information that would allow me to get started quickly and become profitable, avoiding some of the speedbumps if any, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and have a great day!
Debbie

Hello everyone. My name is Timothy. I have worked in a call center before but I have never done work from home. I have a felony and my credit is not the best. I would like to know how strict the rules are about that, and if there are any other options. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank You.

Hi Everyone,

I am a SAHM wife and mother. I have two children, and my honey has two kids that live with their grandmother, so four total! Wow, I didn't realize just how big this little family really was. lol

I am old fashioned in my beliefs that mom stays home with the kids. I believe that a lot of today's problems in society are due to not having parents actually IN the home and involved in their children's lives. At the same time though, I also like to have money to spend, and absolutely HATE having to ask the honey for it. "Gee baby, can I get 40 bucks from you so that I can buy you a birthday gift?" Yeah. That just does NOT fly with me.

I looked for what seems to be forever to find a legitimate work at home job, and I did find it. I work for West, and the flexibility is great. I love that I can work my schedule around my kids and if I'm having a bad day, I can trade my shifts away. I schedule my vacations when I want them, and sick leave is NOT a problem. There are tons of benefits to working from home.

But I've heard a lot of great things about Liveops as well. I've been told that my job would pretty much be the same, but that the pay would be sooo much more once I grow my business. So, I've applied to LiveOps. Honestly, I'm very apprehensive over here.

I spent over 11 years as a single mom, living in a very rural community where jobs just were not available. So, needless to say, my credit is not very good. But to add onto that, I also have student loans in excess of $40,000! And West simply isn't going to nickel and dime those student loans away. I'm unsure of what LiveOps uses to determine credit eligibility, and if those loans would bite me in the butt or not, but I seriously hope that they don't!

Anyway, that's probably a bit more than anyone wanted to know. :) I'm glad to be here with you all, and wish everyone the best of luck in the pursuit of their dreams!

My name is Shellie....I am actually returning to WorkSpace as I joined when it was fairly new some time ago, but I forgot that user name and password! LOL Anyhow, I worked for LiveOps for a short period then got on with WestAtHome and I have been with WestAtHome on their VirginMobile lines (AYS, SAVES, etc, etc, etc) and have been with them for a year and three months. I just resubmitted to LiveOps and am waiting to hear back from them...LiveOps is a sweet little part-time gig like West...I am hoping to go back to ONLY the Pizza Hut line to just have some EASY calls! LOL

For my full-time work, I am a pipefitter. Yes, folks, it's true....LOL...I work with the BIG DAWGS! I love being a pipefitter, the work is challenging in EVERY way...physically, mentally, and emotionally. I try to work mostly outages at nuclear power plants because you can make BIG MONEY quick on outages. In that way I wind up only working about 9 months out of the year but still manage to make some very nice cash.

Now to the most important stuff. I am divorced (THANK GOD...have been since 1993) and have one daughter from my marriage so long ago. She is 19 and pursuing a nursing career. I have two dogs and one cat. My BIG dog is a 115 pound American Bulldog (male, Taz) and my little dog is, well...I am not certain what she is. LOL She looks like a miniature Pit Bull. She has very, very shot legs, a big wedge-shaped head and a red nose. So...she is a low-rider Pit. Her name is Dahli Lama because she is the ambassador of peace. She just runs up to you and falls on her back for a belly rub! Taz is another story. He hates everyone but myself and my daughter. I also have a very tiny Cornish Rex cat...her name is Aleen. And, I mean, she is TINY...she only weighs four pounds. And, she rules the roost. She keeps the dogs in CHECK! LOL

Alright, that's enough about me. Hope everyone is doing well and I hope to gain any and all information about working from home. Eventually, (in like ten years! LOL) I hope to work from home full-time because I want to retire by 55 but still have a substantial work at home job. That is my goal.

Hello everyone, I just signed on to LiveOps today. I'm hoping I'll be accepted into the fold. It's so hard to find a job in this economy. I've been actively looking for almost 2 years now.

I hope this forum will offer new acquaintances and opportunities to network and get to know other people on WorkSpace.

Thanks for allowing me to share my piece.

Hello! I'm Donna, a newcomer to liveops and workspace, just finding my way on a new home based path. I was born/raised in California but lived half my life in England. On February 18th I came to New Jersey to start a new life with my 10 year old daughter (first time in the US for her and she has taken to it beautifully already..really loves her school!!)

My employment history is varied but has been mostly in the secretarial field..I'm also an entertainer (singer/lyricist) in the r&b genre working with my team MaDD PPuLL in hip hop and loving it very much..we have written and recorded a lot of material together over the past 3 + years.

Qualifications include certificates in Personnel Practice (IPD), Supervisory Management (ISM), Counselling Skills (RSA Registered) and for the past 2 1/2 years have been taking a course called Access To Music for Performing Musicians, achieving 6 distinctions and 2 merits in the first year and gaining more experience in performing which has been very helpful!!

I'm here to build a business and ultimately I'd love to link it to my entertainment but my mind is open for the time being while I try to put some roots down and get established in a completely new area..I am writing this from the studio sized hotel which my daughter and I are starting out in..This time next year I would envisage having a nice apartment or house locally and a home office/business that will be well on the way to being successful!!

I am 100% aware there is some extremely hard work ahead but hey, im on the path and there's no turning back now and DEFINITELY no giving up..so I really appreciate meeting all of you out there who are doing that too, moving forward, building your businesses successfully and sharing your experiences. I do value that and will endeavor to share the things i learn along the way too.

I look forward to speaking with everyone!! Love and Appreciation..Donna
