Hello everyone, My name is Tim and I am from Atlanta, Ga. I have four kids ages 2, 5, 11 and 13. I am presently looking for work@home, and that has been my source of income for the last year. I would like to thank you all for the warm welcome & look forward to communicating with you.

Hi my name is Debbie Miller. I live in Orlando, Florida. I was laid-off in August and I am looking for ways to make money while working from home. I am starting a business doing web site design from home but I will need to do other things as well to make money while that business is getting started, so I guess I am looking for additional hats to wear or plates to spin, or something like that. I've done other part-time party plan type businesses in the past, but now I am looking for things that I can do completely from home using my computer. I have experience as an administrative assistant and am interested in finding out about virtual administrative type of jobs. So I guess I am here to learn all that I can about a lot of different opportunities and find a good fit for me. Any information you can share will be greatly appreciated! ~ Debbie Miller

Hi Debbie, I'm Charlotte. I'm a little slow about reading new posts. I wish I had read your about 2 weeks ago because I actually received an email for one of many work at home (legit) job sites that actually had an opening for what you are looking for. However I deleted the email because it didn't fit what I needed. If I get any more, I'll be sure to look up you again and pass them along if you don't mind.

Best of luck during your search.

My name is Robin Watkins. I live in a little town called Eatonville in Washington State. If you know were Mt. Rainier is then you could find me.

I am the proud Mother of seven and Grandmother of seven. Next year I will be a Great Grandmother. Wow, I wasn't ready for that! LOL

We live in a log house that we built by ourselves. No, it's not from a kit. We peeled ALL the logs by hand. We went to a week-end class (mind you, this was only two days). Then my husband David came home drew up the plans got them approved and the rest is history... I must say I did a lot of the work myself as David was at work. He would show me what and how to do something and then I would do it. No, I wouldn't want to do it again. But I did enjoy doing it most of the time.

We have two dogs, Bear and Sweetie. They just had puppies. It's a funny thing how something like that can being such happiness into your life. Watching them learn to walk, and then play. It's kind of like when our Children were born... Hmmm brings back some great memories…

Well, I guess I could just go on and on but I think you get the idea that I am just and average kinda gal that like hands on things.

Thanks for sopping by and getting to know me.

Hi Robin, my name is Turena, but my friends call me Trina. I am amazed that you and your husband built your own house. Wow. I'm sure it was alot of work, but in the end you and your husband saw your reward. I have a son that lived in Spokane, but they (his family) now reside in a town called Spanaway. I hope to visit there next year. I had been to Washington a few years ago, and it is a beautiful state. You sound like a person who likes the simple things in life, and they are the best things. I would like to keep in touch, visit my page or email me.

Hello Amanda and everyone at Workspace.
I have 30 plus years of experiences both good and bad and as an extraverted, pessimistic, optimist, people tend to enjoy conversating with me after they figure out that I am easy to understand... alhough I may not be a very good comedian. LOL
You may get to know a little more about me by checking out my profile page to get started. After that time, conversation and if the opportunity arises, shared experiences will shed more light on who I am.
Looking forward to getting to know you all as well and mutually benefiting from our interchanges of info.

Hello everyone,

I am 46 and recently retired from a banking career. I have worked in Corporate America for the past ten years. My last position was with one of the largest financial institutions (Banks) in the country. My early retirement was due to health concerns. I have been challenged with MS for the past 19 years and needed to step back from the rigors of a full time position. There are several reasons that working from home interests me, 1.) with MS working from the comfort of my home offers many benefits, 2.) use my talents in sales and customer service to extent my career through retirement, 3.) get back with interacting with clients and a team that I truly miss.

I am interested in learning from many of you, your suggestions in how to get started in finding and being offered a position that would fit my skill set. I can let you know that my spouse works outside of the home during the week, my children are grown and live on their own. I have a Plantronics wireless headset and all of the computer hardware necessary for a home business, high speed cable internet connection, etc.

I have been overwhelmed with the opportunities that are available. However, I feel that they are all grains of sand on an expansive ocean front and I have no idea how to find the right piece of sand. I come to this forum to seek the advice and guidance from many of you that have more experience than I and can put me on the fast track to finding the proper position.

I thank you in advance for the opportunity and the suggestions that you may offer,

Mark
