And thank you for welcoming me to the Workspace. I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. As I stated earlier, I just contracted with LiveOps and since then, I have received my approval email with the contract attached to start with an Insurance client. Here's my delima:

1. I can't seem to get the 3 finger print cards as directed in the contract. I live in Ga and went to 3 different counties attempting to get the cards. They all indicated that the cards must come from the requestor.
I'm out of town right now and went to three cities in Tx asking the same question and received the same reply.
I've emailed and left voice messages with LiveOps about this situation with no response. It's now going on day 7 since I received the invitation and I'm afraid I'm running out of time. As of today, I have not received cards from LiveOps.

2. I know a back ground check is required, but I don't see how or where I go on the sight to have it processed on line as indicated. How and where do I go about getting this step done?

I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

So this will be done by trial and error. As soon as I get all of the requirements for a work computer I will be applying to liveops however, I would like to explore
other options and do other things as well. From some of the things I have read on this website I feel certain that there will be people here that can assist me. I used to have a territory and managed my clients via my home office before my son was born. Now that he is in elementary school, I am looking for another home office career (however, no travel) that I really enjoy and grow into the once business professional I once was.
