working from home????

First of all I need help, i am current in college online for billing, coding, and transcription but i would like to start work. I have tried ameriplan, melaleuca, avon, mary kay, and about 5 others none work for me. I live in a small small town in VA and now around here would by the products of sign up for anything. I just need some help and ideas of different at home opportunities that have worked for others. I just frustrated at this point and need some help.
