No I havn't...I think I will wait until another opportunity comes open. i want to make sure it is a place I really want to service. I want to do Disney if that ever opens. I am also starting ACD Direct which seems to be a lot easier than Arise in terms of getting started. Training was free!!!!

Aww, it would be nice to have a 'study buddy' but I can understand your wanting to wait until something comes up you feel you'll enjoy doing. I'd rather do something that doesn't involve upselling because that's what I hate about DR, but if i'm going to do it, this opportunity pays more than minimum wage.

I wish it had worked out with ACD for me, I think it would be a nice change, but oh well.
