Hi,
I currently work for Live Op's and having been wanting to add Arise, BUT, I am hearing that you can't get any clients, and that it is performance based call volume, which frankly, I'm tired of, I would like a fun customer service position, and I am wondering if Arise is worth it for that area. Are they hiring now? Please let me know, I'm ready for Arise, but, need detailed information if it is "call per basis of performance sales" routing.

Hi I dont find that to be true. Certain times of the year more opport are released than others. But even if you miss the 1st post keep your eye on portal. Agents dont always qualify or pay for opport. I picked my 1st one just to get my feet wet. Kept up my stats & moved onto another. good luck
