HOw do you retake the test or take a different one? Anyone please!

I took the test and failed. Computer problems. My computer stalled. I would love the opportunity to work for cha cha. Please respond if anyone knows. When I log back in I get a message and it does not let me choose to take another test, yet it says they hope I reapoply soon.
