I just took my "universe" test for cha cha im excited and nervous!!!! Im really hoping I did ok and got the job :) but i wont hear anything for the next couple days Will you all keep your fingers crossed for me !!??

I completed all the training and took the readiness test and I did horrible. I was so lost. I couldn't even answer the first call and that only made things worse. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be since the questions were missing information and some of them didn't really fit the categories. Since they are timed you don't really have time to browse through the categories to figure out what all was there. I so wanted this job but think I blew the test.

Hi y"all,

Just wanted to share this with everybody. I signed up at ChaCha the other day went through all the videos and tip sheets then went and took the tests ( the last part of the tests was done this morning. Now I am waiting, I am very confident that I have done well with all the test work. The only thing that was vague with the whole process was what would be on the test it's self, that was not really explained to the best of their abilities. Anyhow wish me luck as I wait for the final answer from the home office. I really need to start earning some type of pay as I was laid off in early January.

Hi, I am new here and need a little help:) I had an account with ChaCha and couldn't get it to work, so I emailed them and had it deactivated today. Will I be able to create a new account and begin work again or what? Thanks in advance..

Amy, do you know if the training has been updated since all the new search standards?
I have a couple of friends that had done the initial testing, and had only to do the SMS test, but didn't, because the hiring stopped. (Late October)

Do you happen to know if they need to start over, or just take the test?
