Hi Lorraine,

I had the same concern yesterday myself. I am just thinking that the call volume is very low. Remember we get paid whether we receive the calls or not, thank goodness.

I also emailed HR explaining I was unable to reach someone and who do I direct my questions to should I need help during the project? No reponse yet. :s

Also, I did not see any further instructions (outside of the installation) for the chat feature. I would think that the C10 chat would be the way we communicate with a supervisor, but I have yet to learn how to use it.

Please let me know what you find out.

All the problems seem to be solved but now when things are up and running the project is closed. These things happen and I wish you all the best in your job hunt.
