Im happy with liveops, It started off as a weekend and evening gig for me but now that I'm experiencing a transition with my day job, this extra paycheck comes in handy in the meantime. There are a few key things to remember with liveops (or with any other business), just make sure you're taking full advantage of the opportunities that they're offering, like certifications, trainings, etc.

The Customer Service Representative position is an exciting opportunity within a VIPdesk financial services program in Kentucky. Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced, home-based call center environment and provide personalized services via phone for VIPdesk’s client’s customers. They provide high-quality customer service by handling inbound customer calls inquiring about their debit card accounts and by offering additional assistance and services that that meet or exceed clients' time and quality expectations.

Operating hours are currently Monday through Sunday, 24 x 7 Part-time Customer Service Representatives will be required to work between 25 and 34 hours per week. Ability to work on weekends and holidays is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Promptly answers inbound telephone calls responding to customer inquiries questions related to their accounts.
•Process transactions promptly and accurately.
•Conducts initial customer assessment by gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer needs.
•Applies high quality customer service guidelines when fulfilling customer inquiries.
•Communicates responses in a clear, timely and concise manner.
•Applies client’s policies, systems, and legal compliance regulations as applicable in each call.
•Participates in ongoing training programs.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•Successful Customer Service Representatives are enthusiastic and have a passion for customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Customer Service Professional positions are available in only the following state: Kentucky
•GED or High school diploma required
•At least one year related customer service experience. Call center experience, a plus.
•Ability to type 25 words per minute
•Proficient with MS Windows & Multiple System Usage
•Computer literacy required - able to successfully navigate and maneuver across multiple applications simultaneously. Able to learn in a technical environment
•Knowledge of Windows based software
•Polite, friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable phone demeanor
•Ability to work Monday, weekend and holiday hours
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
•Able to successfully pass a credit, drug testing, FBI fingerprint check, criminal and employment reference security check
•Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
•Able to provide a work at home environment that is ergonomically sound, conducive to taking customer calls, quiet and free from distraction;
•Able to supply a computer, headset, and telephone that meet VIPdesk requirements.

West At Home is hiring RIGHT NOW for new agents. Agents needed for the DR skill and DR Bilingual. I currently work for them on their DR skill, ask me any questions. W2 employee not I-9, health care discount plan, biweekly pay direct deposit. Paid per talk time minute rate is anywhere from .15-.25 per minute. Call volume is expected to be very high. You'll need a corded headset, land line phone no VOIP, computer with Internet DSL, no background noise, this is phone based worked. You'll be doing some lead generation for well know companies, taking and processing orders from television infomercials, some products will have up sells. They do not hire in the state of Ohio, all others I'm not sure. I'm in Georgia, I know they hire in TN. Hope this helps, again ask any questions I'll be happy to help you if I can. first go to the website and follow directions. there will be a simulation, etc. there will be a bg check 13 dollars, a arise cert fee, 99 dollars, you must pass exam for cert. the company is great at carefully guiding you through the process. you must incorporate (usually around 100 dollars)

Hello, I live in California and I have checked out liveops and expertplanet and they are not accepting agents in California, does anyone kow of companies accepting agents from here, I could really use some help. Thanks
