After submitting your paperwork and background check how long does it take before Liveops creates your account?

usually around a week to ten days. Remember to make sure you get your training done in 15 days. I helped a friend and she had just finished her certification and was logging in to take her first calls and her acct and been terminated. She didn't make the deadline and now has to reapply.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I ended up getting a welcome letter a few days which told me that I had to certify within 15 days. I am so excited! I have a lot of studying to do quickly. Tell your friend not to get discouraged, and I hope everything goes well with her reaplicaton process.
