Hi everyone! I lost my LO position in March. I had a flood in my basement and lost my internet connection for 2 months. Broke my heart...but...now I am thinking about coming back and wondering how the work is going. Is it worth my time?

I am all tore up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just went to Liveops home page to check on my postbox and schedule and can't get past the "your account has been terminated" page, when I clicked on further information it said violation of standards of performance, no-webs and excessive talk time. I have only been with them since January and have really kicked butt here recently on trying to make sales and as for no webs that has got to be due to DOND calls, they come in back to back with nobody on line just the script, so I have been x'ing them out and going straight to no web page to click on whatever thing at the end that says tech problems or something like that. Just needed to vent, so sorry everybody, but I am just so tore up.

Kyle/Emma - I don't work on OB (I'm on DR) but from what I hear they can be lenient about the 30 calls deadline (on DR) and I would think with CV being low they would be especially. So my advice would be to check on that so you don't have to worry. On DR we are slow too. I don't work a lot but it has been much harder to get time slots compared to before. If there's anyway you can hold on till after the summer it will pick up.

Emma I can understand. I have also applied for other jobs but nothing yet. I haven't worked for liveops in two weeks. Which upsets me now because I have bills coming in. I have no advice and my deadline to make my 30 calls is coming soon.

Question: I'm on outbound and have the worst time getting commits. When they roll out they go so fast that even clicking on them I don't get some b/c someone clicked right before me. I have put in interest for other programs and have yet to get an invite. I guess I'm just losing hope with LO. Any advice? I worked so hard to get this job not to mention the $50 for background check that I have yet to make back with LO.

Oh that email. Yes I got that. But since I haven't made my 30 along 50 calls I never gave it any thought

Well Sharon, I did receive the message also, but my message might have been a little different, it got in to detail about the pay and the calls, the training date, and the start date, if I could I will look at it again and tell you exactly what it says, maybe everyone got it. Okay I'm going to look, I will keep you posted.

did anyone get the postbox about SF, have you got any more info about it, my postbox just wanted my name, add,ph,email, but they didn't mention info about the type calls I would be handling.????
