Has anyone ever failed the credit report and was still hired by live ops?
Greta Comment by Greta on February 2, 2009 at 1:36pm
Shannon, I have heard people say you can, as long as your land-line doesn't have call-waiting, caller-ID, etc. So, if it meets that, then you might try it.

hey, I have asked before but not gotten an exact answer. Can you use your current home line if you have your cell phone as your contact for all other people. I use my cell phone for almost all of my calls and do have a home phone line that we really don't use much at all. Can I just use that number and tell everyone else that I know to call me on my cell phone? Thanks.

I have Vista--it's fine, you just won't be able to work for some clients (only like one I've run into so far and it's a pizza place.) Otherwise, have had no problems with Vista. I do have the latest IE, so I can't answer that one, sorry.

Hey all!!... ANYONE...I just applied to LiveOps this morning and will be awaiting their acceptance. But I am not sure about this one little question... um.... The requirements say must have a Windows XP Service pack 2, right? Well, I have the new Windows Vista (Higher model than XP) Service pack 1.... is this ok??? Also, Internet Explorer 6 SP2 is needed??? How/where do I find this information to see if I need to upgrade? (NOTE* This is a BRAND NEW $2000 top of the line COmputer!! Not many Upgrades available... LOL)...And finally... says they check your credit... OH BOY!!! I have almost $36,000 in medical collections from a near life-ending accident in 2006 that I had POOR insurance coverage... Is this a BAD thing?? thanks for any info.. hoping for the best... WAH dad

I used to be employed with Liveops.com but was let go due to me getting one too many slips regarding missed commits with the 42 day period.

I have reapplied and was congratulated about my test scores, sent the email re: my interest in becoming an agent again. Then got one message about one opportunity that one must spend $175 up front to be considered.

I have not gotten any other info...

Confused, Veronica

Hey Sharon you answered that well. And Elizabeth just go by the script. It can be fun. Some people don't even realize they want it till they hear it. Let them know that its something thats only offered on this call. Some people actually decide they want it after they hear it. I've had that happend many times. And I've had them thank me for letting them know about the special savings they will get. So just because they say they don't want to hear anything else you may actually offer them something they want. But give them the opportunity to make that decision. Keep in mind you can't say no to something you don't know about. Have fun with it. And like Sharon said make it a game. See if you can get them to take the offer.

Thank you Sharon! It's obviously a TRAINED SKILL to be able to stay on track with the script and not let the customer get you off track. I will work on that skill for sure tomorrow! Thank you for getting back to me!

Wow... today was my first day attempt at taking calls! Very humbling experience! I had people that were calling from work and did not have time to go thru all the upsells! What happens when you don't get a chance to go thru all the upsells? I also had some people that knew exactly what they wanted and were not interested in any of the upsale info at all. Do we just go to end at that point?? Any help direction will be appreciated!
