Marilyn Butcher you will probably mess up. Just a little. It happens. Just read the green and you will be ok. Remember the customers don't know your new. Only you and the af. The facts are on the left hand side. Thats everything you need to know. Remember the af's only know what you know. Just read the green, be polite, and be happy. After your first call it will be easier. The more calls you take the easier it will get. With the affinities remember read the green. If they ask a question go over the answer then repeat. You will be ok. Have confidence.

Hello Sharon and Greta,
I am in the same boat with you Greta and I am as nervous as an old wet hen. Although I am more worried that I will flub up the script. Has any one messed up on their first call? I am afraid I am going to do something wrong. I don't want to get slipped on the first call. I passed all my quizes at l00% but I am nervous as heck. Thank you for your information Sharon. Get help.

Sharon, I appreciate all the info--it really helped me calm down. I am letting my nerves get the better of me :-) I just feel so unprepared. I think I am going to read over all the product info again, and I got new printer cartridges, so I might even print some out. I hope having it a little more in my head may help me feel a tiny bit more confident...lol. Thank you so much for your encouragement!!

Okay, I have done everything (quizzes, etc) and my phone line is ready. Do I just log in and start taking my 30 calls, or do I get to talk to someone first? I still feel really unsure about the scripts (not so much verbally following them, though, that too, a little) but mostly about inputting info and moving from page to page.
