I was recently offered an opportunity with LiveOps. Sending in all the paperwork on Monday, January 5th and getting the background check done. I return to college in March and will have a full time schedule plus a full time job and then the part time job. If anyone has any experience with this on how LiveOps works, I'd like to know.

Just wanted to say HI and introduce myself, I am new to the site and new to the WAH business industry, sort of (I ran a nursey and landscape business and had a home office). I have been in retail sales and management for many years. I also did a couple years of call center work about 10 years ago.

Try secret shopping, participating in surveys, sell stuff that you are not using on e-bay. At one time, I delivered the USA Today. Five days a week, early morning hours. Create cash flow, tax benefits. Businesses are always looking for sales people. Sell they way you would want to be sold to. Treat people with respect. Make a great day!

Hi all,
I'm new to workspace and am currently unemployed and am not receiving any unemployment. Times are very tough, been looking but no bites. I was also turned down from Alpine Access. Can you guys guide in the right direction? I'm in desperate need of a job. thanks in advance.

Just checking in again...wanted to add that I have no real sales background. Pretty much hate anything that requires me to call out or go out and rustle up sales. LiveOps is a bit different, at least the programs I'm involved in. People are calling because they have an interest in the products. Most have made the decision to buy if the price isn't somehow inflated during the call, and it's pretty easy to do if you can read and listen. There is a bit of selling technique involved, but mostly has to do with your confidence and voice, and the listening skills you have or may be able to develop, but you mostly answer your phone, read the script, take info, and move on to the next call.

LiveOps does take time to get back to you...it was over 3 weeks for me, but sometimes it takes longer. If it's over 3 months, you should reapply with a different email address. Make sure your voice audition is spoken clearly and concisely, but that it flows smoothly and believably. Make sure your other parts of the application are good and you don't have spelling errors or anything like that. Take your time to get it right.

In the mean time, you may want to check out ratracerebellion.com for work at home listings. They have a very large telecommute section, as well as daily work at home listings. This site is free and lists legitimate companies offering work at home jobs. Good luck.

Terrible news... Was layed off today... Live Opps has not gotten back too me, and I'm not sure how I'm going too work this out... I'd like to explore some of the opportunities advertised on workspace but I can not afford to get taken for a ride... I'd like for everyone to share their success stories, in regaurds to your home based businesses... thanlyou

Hi Colyn, it sounds like you're making some serious progress. Way to go! Do any of you guys know if someone with 'no sales' background like me is going to have any chance doing this at home agent stuff? I have the desire but not the experience. Do you have a sales background Colyn? Any kind of answers/encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Graduated from the LiveOps training...I'm doing some more training right now before I take any more calls....there are a bunch of different programs, and I'd like to be familiar with more of them before going "whole hog."

Seems like it will be a good extra income earner for me, and there is a lot of support via the forums and through your "AF" if you need help. There are a ton of FAQs you can look at as well. I'm glad I did it, and will continue to participate as long as LiveOps will have me.
