I joined this group assuming that no products were being promoted. Just ideas and natural ways of cleaning and nutrition. The website posted takes you to Natures Sunshine products which are nutritional supplements. Many of the products on this site and others I have visited are manufactured using chemicals and excipents (e.g. magnesium stearate-lubricate, silcon dioxide-sand) and preservatives (e.g. sodium benzoate). Most vitamins sold on the market have rock minerals as well. These rock minerals and excipients offer little if any nutritional value and enhance production and storage of these products. Also most supplements are provided in quantities that your body does not even use and eliminates them. That is your money down the toilet. If you want to turn your health around even if you have a serious condition check out www.kushiinstitute.org and do it with real food. They teach you how to cook and live again. If you need to supplement your diet use whole food supplements (I have found 2 companies so far that have excellent whole food products. Contact me at jayco727@yahoo.com for info. One of them you can actually earn money selling). I hope I am not being too negative but there are many companies out there taking advantage of people's interest in improving their health and environment. Many health products are now being produced by the big food processors like Heinz and they are not healthy for you. Did you know that MSG can now be referred to as a natural flavor?

I have looked into the Melaluca products and was very disappointed just seemed like a higher price for what I can get at the grocery store plus shipping. NS is the only company that I have found that you can get body cleanses, oils, herbal and dietary supplements that are truely organic. 50 percent of their products are Kosher certified and none of them have fillers like rice or wheat flour and are all gluten free. Which is very important to me and my family. I wish all of you the best of luck. I originally did this as remedies such as garlic is a natural anti-biotic not which companies are the best or business opps. They need to be some where else not here.

Do you see yourself working from home? I know that for so long I dreamed of being able to be home with my kids. I am a mom of a 3 yr old little boy and a 9 month old baby girl. I was tired of missing my kids growing up. I wanted to be my own boss and set my own schedule for my life. But most of all I was looking for something I believed in and I found it!I am proud of who I work with and I get to stay home with my kids. We are THE BEST caregivers for our children! Let me share with you the opportunity that has changed our lives:

Wow, I am glad we have this forum. I also use natural products, and shop from an Inc. 500 company that manufactures these products. The company makes cleaning products without the fumes and they clean very effectively. Have you found anything that will take out paint, nail polish or permanent marker from you clothing or any surface? This company makes such a product without harmful chemicals. Would love to share this information with any one who is willing to listen.

Thanks
Janett

I have been using melaleuca oil [commonly known as tea tree oil]. www.melaleuca.com uses the rarest and purest grades of melaleuca alternifolia oil. It's a natural solvent, naturally antiseptic, naturally fungicidal, a natural insect repellant, so much more soothing than aloe vera and I could go on and on! I love my eco friendly cleaning products that contain melaleuca oil because store brand products gave me migraines. I've been migraine free for several years now and I also don't have to worry about my kids inhaling harmful fumes when I clean.

I have been using natural alternatives for many years. I have extreme allergies and chemical sensitivities and have been known to have reactions to otc medicines. I would love to share ideas. My husband thought I was crazy also and just trying old wives tale remedies (that wouldn't work), until he seen that they generally work even better than the more costly, chemically drenched items you find at the store! I love using essential oils, witch hazel, and fresh herbs for the body. I use borax, baking soda, lemons, and limes mostly for cleaning. I also have one of those steam cleaners, but have found that it doesn't hold much water and most of the time my homemade cleaners and some elbow grease get the job done faster and they smell great as well!

Yes I love the natural alternative. We have been using them in our family for about 3 years now when I first started my husband thought I was crazy and now he is just as bad as me. LOL.
