Hey Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else got the invite for the ToysRUs and BabiesRUs skill. I wanted a little feedback beore I accepted. Is anyone currently involved in the training? Have any idea what the calls would be like, etc. I have 5 days to accept and I got the e-mail yesterday.

I just got invited to join the DR skill, but after reading the comments posted here I'm not sure if it's a fit for me. Can anyone tell me if the calls come from people wanting to order from an infomercial? Are you expected to upsell on every call? Thanks in advance.

I'm still on DR, I think I'll have to stay on DR forever. It's funny how other ppl have been invited to so many other skills, can get fired from a skill and be replaced in a matter of days. I just don't know. I just do DR and try not to complain about it since I do have a job. I'm always looking for work at home that is non sales. I did interview with Stewart both their inbound and outbound were both sales and so I didn't even attempt to try it. One pay was commission only and the other was $10 if you keep your sales up, if not it's $7. I can't be put under that kind of pressure to sell something to someone that they may not even want. I'm not a sales person, I'm happy for the folks who are, they can make a decent income from from home. That's great.

That is wonderful Angela. I think base pay means that even if the phone doesn't ring you get paid becuase you showed up and were ready to take a call. So you get to pick and choose your hours. I hope you like it. I know you've been waiting a very long time for a new offer. Congrats to you on landing XM. : )

I did not keep TT I had to resign cause I could not do the hours. But, West had sent me an invite to do XM Sales Project so that is what I am doing now I like West cause you get to set your own hrs and I decided to keep them I am glad I did. For the XM Sales the pay for training is 7.25hr for my state min. wage and 8/hr base for call taking it seems easy and their hrs of operation is Mon-Sat 7am-11pm cst, Sun 8am-10pm cst so I think this will work out best for me.

In your opinion what is the best way to get a project with West should I reapply with them again. I am in their system but i did not like HSN so i resigned back in April of this year

Hours are so far and few for Live nation! Does anyone know how many shifts are being released each hour?

Well any questions or comments on the Dominion Electric Skill can be asked in my direction...I will try to help you as best as I can. I am former Cricket, HSN, Pizza Hut, Direct, MarbleHead (a position in the building if you work for the corporate side of West), and Virgin Mobile agent. I do want to point out that some of the projects do offer an actual hourly rate while others are of course per minute. Either way you have the potential of making some serious cash if you put your hours in right. Well ttfn....
