I failed a test and it took about 2 months for them to offer me another skill. Just keep emailing them and let them know you want another opportunity. When one comes available they will send you the invite.

I failed a test as well with an electric company on Mar 12th. I am waiting for another skill. I have called Pals and reasoned that I came too far in training and are there any loopholes to get unlocked for the skill. All I was told was I had to wait and they are going to start a skill for a gas company. I'm waiting. I also got the number to HR whom I cant get in touch with. What email do I need to send them my request to get another opportunity?

Yes, I will keep emailing and calling. I was told that HR has no control over invites. Yeah sure. But I am in need of an invite soon! With the economy and 4 kids....

I was actually terminated from my only active skill and was thinking there was no way I'd get an invite to train for another after being terminated with one. I emailed human resources at WAHnewhire@west.com and expressed my desire for another skill and also called to talk to them and within 2 weeks of being terminated from one and less than a week after the email and conversation, I was offered a new skill. Don't give up and be sure that you make yourself stand out to them somehow so they don't just look past you. I also was told the invites were random and had a hard time believing it when I was told that and at the time my 1st skill was still active and once I actively pursued training for another skill and received an invite so quickly, I really don't believe it lol!! Just don't let them forget you're ready and waiting. Good luck!
