CITI THD Skill

Anyone else have this skill and how do you like it? I start my training tomorrow and am very excited. I can't wait to log in tomorrow and check it out. Anyone else starting training tomorrow? Also is this a new skill or are there others with this skill. I have seen other Citi skills, but I haven't noticed the Citi THD anywhere or all of the Citi skills pretty much the same?

Is it hard? I am in the las part of the training. I have to do the webinar for sale then I will be done, but I have forgotten most of the training in the service part. So I'm not sure if I should keep with this skill or not.; ▶ Reply to This

Just take the rest of your webinars and you can retake them too. Also call the pal line and get them to send you the link for the Q & A Role Play Webinar as that is the practice webinar and you will see how it all works and they give you lots of advice in there.
