DR is mostly sales for the infomercials on tv...Some lead generation calls and a few cust svc scripts thrown in...
pay is 15 cts a talk minute or your state min wage whichever is more..There are a few sales incentives and those will be posted to your west email for details and they do vary all the time...Hope this helps and "read the green"

Thanks alot for the info. Is it possible to work more than one skill and I hope I can get more than 10 hours a week. Is that possible as well?

do you have previous experience with west?...If so you know their spectrum scheduling system...They post hours each week for the grabbing, so keep spectrum open and grab as many hours as you can, they post hours on spectrum at no set times, so you just have to keep it open and look anytime you are at your pc...generally you are not allowed to work more then 40 hours a week, but sometimes they do let you work more then that...I have worked for west for about a yr and a half now and still only have one line which is DR, but I hear you can work multiple lines, just not scheduled at the same time of course, hope this helps Darlene

Thanks so much for your information. I was initially scheduled for Citi (Mortgage) completed training and had to have surgery so that kinda took me out of the skill for Citi however I was just rehired for DR. I am planning on getting at least 20 hours a week to start but hopefully full time hours once I get comfortable on the skill. Once again, thanks alot
