Thank you for asking, my interview went well, the agent asked me about my former call center positions and what hours I am available for work, how would I handle an angry caller. Just basice questions of that nature.

She called me back today but I wasn't at home so she left me an email regarding a seasonal position. I'm now waiting for her to call me back to inform me as to what to do next.
