oh, and I want to add, I LOVE cloud 10 they are AWESOME! Everyone is so nice. It's so easy, you take incoming calls. Nobody gets mad or yells at you. It's heaven!

I bet you had Holly or Christina, they talk to people like that all the time. Guess it makes them feel big. However they need to see how unprofessional they really are. Professional people do not do that to fellow co workers or their employee's.
