Please help me fom here. I passed the exam, now what? It said I canwork for a VSC,or become one. Idon't know how to do that, can you help?

It was hectic and I was a nervous wreck. There were a lot of customers with issues that I couldn't handle. As the day went on things did get better and I was able to take some orders. Ordering went fine and I do like that part. One lady was on the phone with me for 30 minutes she ordered so much stuff but it all worked out. I have posted 30 hours for next week.
