What do you need for Cloud 10. I just got an email for the Pitstop test and I just finished it. Do they want Windows XP or is Vista ok?
I was told this morning they are not hiring any new agents. To keep looking at emails.

One thing I have learned, you need a company that has great team support. I have been doing this call success in 10 steps. It is a free e-book. He has great advice for working from home. I work for West At Home, and most of the time there are no hours to get. I only get hours whenever someone puts minus hour if they are sick or have a headache or computer problems. In Jan I schedule 45 hours 30 for the week and then the weekend hours plus (plus hours) I go paid for 36 hours you only get paid for the time you are on the phones not the times you schedule. It just never any hours to scedule online and I check several times a day and during the week.
