Have to tell you Bonnie very disgusted. I am working a 3 week temp job in March for a wonderful utility company but after that will be looking again. My daughter works for cloud 10 and wrote them a letter about how bad things got for DTV. Maybe I'll get lucky and get a decent job with them. Let me know how you end up and good luck to you.

I do know that my configurations were right as i was operational for approx 30 seconds. I do want my money for those 30 seconds as that is all I'm going to get. I gave up a full time 1st shift job at cloud 10 to work this temp 2 week job as it came first and they would not let me renig for full time. I am so disappointed and frustrated. As I am of average intelligence this whole procedure has depressed me.

I logged on last night to see if I could get some help, but for some reason, everything seemed to be working fine. I am a little worried about the last call I got today - I think it was someone trying to test me about transferring calls, but if I was supposed to transfer him somewhere, I have no idea where it was supposed to go or how to get him there. Are you in any of the chat rooms when you are on?
