I sent tech suppost an email about it and I tried to call a PAL but they were busy so I'm going to call them tomarrow and let them know what happened. I don't want them to think that I just hung up on people and left! lol

I was supposed to start work at 6:30 so I logged in at 6:20 and but it wouldn't let me work b/c I didn't have the anitvirus program on my computerso I had to download that. That took about 20 mins. Then it took forever to go through the rest of the stuff. I was finally able to take a call at 6:50. Then the caller asked a question that I didn't know the answer to so I tried to put them on hold so I could call a PAL but the system would let me put her on hold and then it logged me out and I couldn't log back it. Then somehow the caller got disconnected and there was another caller on the phone and he got disconnected. By then everything had froze up and I had to reboot my computer. Now everytime I try to open Gateway it says Fatal Error. So I think West was dealing with some tech difficulties today. I sent them an email about it all but they haven't wrote back. I'm scheduled to work on Sunday, but now I'm scared that it's going to happen again. lol
I just hope I don't get in trouble for any of that. I didn't know what was going on.

I'm sorry about you son losing his job. I hope everything work out for him. It seems like everyone's losing their job right now.
Oh, I forgot to tell you that ChaCha has like a 20 question test with a time limit when you apply there. It's not too hard, but I failed to get it done in time. Thought I'd give you a heads up. I hope you find something soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Things are going ok for now. I lost my job, but looking for a new one. There are a few places hiring right now so I'm sure i'll get one soon. But for now I'm enjoying this time at home. It's kind of like a vacation for me. lol Thanks for asking.

Sorry your having a hard time with West right now. I can't believe they are hiring more people when they don't have enough skills to give out to the people they already have. I've been waiting over month for my login and I'm about fed up with all the waiting.
I believe LiveOps is hiring, they sent me another email to join them, so you could try there if you don't mind being an Independent Contractor.
