Hi, I am thinking of switching from Arise to Liveops. Does anyone have input on Liveops? Any information will be appreciated. Thanks

HI, chris i saw your post i recently went to live ops 2 months ago it has been a waste of time for me i went through training and got the ph line etc i was so excited because i heard how you can make $ i have been laid off work since last yr i paid my 50.00 fee etc and purchased a headset i trained took 30 training calls and everything was good after training i tried to log in uncommmited never got 1 call so i said maybe i need to commit which is hard to get because they are first come first serve like a gate be opened for hungry horses the schedule is realsed i got a few commits on the phone have set there for hours no calls did it again got 1 call in 3 hrs i have 100 percent performance and cant get a call i have made no money just a few dollars from training .why did i get calls for training and not after training? i guess they send calls who they want to. I am with another wam now that pays hourly and holding off with lo for now i need a guarnteed$ i woulnt leave arise for lo if arise is a hourly pay i have worked many lo hours hopeing things would change like 3 hrs making 1.25$ its been not a good experience for me i hate to be neg but i wanted you to know my experience.

Hey, i got your message.. yes i agree. something not good is going on with that client. And i erased your message because you mentioned them by name/ (which per you sow) you cannot do anywhere. So be vague about who your client is, most of us know who you mean anyway. How bout this, do you know they have 2 new classes going right now for that client. I am thinking for what.. i mean we will be sitting there doing nothing.. i mean our volume is low right now. Where i used to be able to get 13-20 calls per hr, i am good to get 10 now. yes the lower rate is really bad. and the really bad thing is i know the ecomony is bad. But what job do you have that says hey we have to let you go or you have to take a pay cut... and then hires 20 more people HUH? somethng is not right in the land of oz....

Hey, welcome. I know ive seen you in the client chat room that we both work in. I was happy to see I am not the only "norma rae" so to speak. I agree with your sentiments exactly about Arise. I am not sure whats happening with them. I have always thought they were one of the better wah to work for. But some changes having me feeling like i working back at a corporate job again...ugh. I have started to pull away and real work my other business.. not really sure where or how to proceed from here... any suggestions?
