West says that one you fail a test you are at the mercy of when they have another skill. If they invite you to participate in another skill then it will be offered. West does not guarantee that you will get another one though. However in 6 months if I want I could reapply with the skill that I failed. I am not letting this get me down though. I am looking into other jobs. I never knew that there were so many companies out there that do pretty much the same thing. I have a interview with teletech tomorrow morning, I am hoping that goes well. I read about the company and they look promising. I'll let you know how it goes.

I failed the testing in July. I missed three question on how to transfer calls. the questions were kind of tricky. I was so frustrated with myself, but then they told me to wait for a new skill. I have been waiting ever since. I think that is just a nice way of saying your fired. So now I am looking for other work, and I have been working like a mad person trying to get on with a different company. I am all set up to work from home. My husband works so I really do not need the money like some people do, but since I am so used to working and having my own money, I have a habit that I cannot get rid of. My mom works for WAH, and so far she likes it, so if you get on with them, they are a good company. You just need to take your time with the tests.

well im' still tring to get on op's . They wanted me to work with there co- company's cost $175. can't do that also have bad credit check. when my husband lost his job my credit when to u know. Family comes first then bills.
