I just finished the online application process and am waiting for a reply from LiveOps..I dont have the phone line yet and wont fro awhile..its a long way to the road. DOyou know if it can just be added to your phone without stringing new line? I too am anxious and a little imtimated but determined. I got your post in my email of course. DO you have to use the same computer all the time? I want to work on my laptop and it belongs to my boss right now altho I am going to buy it. I do have a PC but its in a cold room and winter is coming. Just questions in my mind. GOOD LUCK with your job.

Tomorrow I will be gone half a day probably so I hope to do afternoon calls since they are offering bonuses right now for committing to take calls. I have to get past my fears and face this head on. The woman panicked when she heard her CC would be charged after the trial period and backed out on me. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say and what button to push for rebuttal so I just thanked her for calling, and told her to have a nice day. The second one I handled a little better, but not much. It was a lady who cancelled 4 days ago and wondered why the charge was on her bank statement. I explained it probably had already shipped by the time she canceled and she'd have to return the shipment for refund. She was nice and thanked me surprisingly. I know others won't be so nice, but I was happy to have no majorly bad experiences on my first day. I only had 2 calls in little less than an hour, but they said that's to be expected since they don't try to overwhelm you on your first days. So I was glad. I ended up with 8 min. billing time, about $1.60, but that's fine. I'd rather take it slow and learn this stuff than rush headlong into trouble. I wish they'd let you start the training since it's obvious you will pass, it's just a matter of when they get the thing sent, but I guess they may have other people who lie about having a H.S.diploma and it never gets sent because there isn't one. So I guess they have no way of knowing you are for real until it gets sent. Unfortunate red tape! Anyhow, hope to see you soon 'on the inside'. LOL

I wanted to add too, since I see some were asking about problems w/ Quizzes not showing completion after you do them. I had the same problem and usually just refreshing the page helped. But once I went in and was deleting files, cookies, history and all that (which you do daily as maintenance anyway as LiveOps will tell you later). After you do that you sometimes will see an updated page.
