You just need to build up your call volume, keep accurrate, follow all scripting verbatim. I've watched people become af's in such a short time it's amazing. The best time to build on your call volume is evenings and weekends. There are so many opportunities now at Liveops it's great. As you can see by the agent numbers how far it has grown since I started. The biggest thing David, is to be patient. You will get calls it just takes some time.
