Arise is more like a business ventour the way they do things is like you are an independent contractor so you do pay for pretty much everything. Unlike some work from home companies where you are the employee- I like Arise though for some reasons however like anything else it has its ups and downs. Arise has you to pay for your client training courses as well which the going rate for most training classes with most clients is around 190$ right now- I would be happy to discuss more about Arise with you at any time feel free to email me- Oh and the 99$ is normal that is for your inital training- Keep all your receipts(they also send you one via email) for everything you pay with them as it is all tax deductible since you are a business owner these may be needed by your tax collector-
