- Not sure about you but i did an S-corp status to avoid the double taxation... not real sure about all that corporate tax stuff but feel free to contact the IRS for help... did you acp 101 for free and the 100 dollar voucher?

- Hi Denise, I love it this far they have great oppurtunities I'm currently in Carnival Cruise Lines Training and catching on well... I only paid $100 to inc since i did it on my own. I'm actually a S-corp not an LLC... but it was worth it especially since i havent been able to find work else where....

- it took less than 30 minutes. I incorporated in Florida. It was 70 bucks. I filed through the secretary of state webpage for the state. I then went to www.irs.gov and signed up for an EIN number. I received that immediately.

I see that you are having trouble with Vista!
I am going to be honest, for me Vista was not compatible
with many applications I needed to use.
So I got rid of it!
It was not easy, but I had Dell take back the New Vista they had sent
me.. Vista is a bit over rated and many companies are not running Vista's
programs because they have not yet updated their systems for Microsoft programs. If this makes any sense.
So Dell took back my Vista and sent me a New Windows XP..
Now I am operating without any problems with West.
If I can do anything just let me know..

Also I got a cheap $40 RCA phone from office max and it works great along with the head set cuz we had all cordless too.
