I think the las time we spoke, I had quit convergys and was trying to get with cloud10, well I failed their test. I am now writing articles and blogs for pay and it is so much fun. - yes convergys is paid training woooo hoooo, but I am not liking dtv very much right now, it is really hard to help so many different customers with so many different questions. let me know how cloud 10 goes, I kind of wish that I had held on to them, but I dont think I have a chance now. I am working lo tonight from 910-140 tomorrow morning never done that before but cant resist the incentives, the only bad thing is I am scheduled for dtv from 8a-2p tomoro. chat with ya soon, take care.

haven't talked to you in a while, changed my picture, so that is me in the blue shirt. Trina and I still keep in contact via email, but due to health, she couldn't stay in the BGI, but hopefully she will be joining another dept. soon. I hated directv, then loved it for a couple of days, but now hating again. Just not enough help in answering customers questions or finding the right steps to take to add or take something off their bill. I hope you are doing well. I am going to give this dtv job a little longer, but if things don't change, will just stick with Liveops. Stay in touch.

Faith said… - Thanks for the comment. I bet you did learn patience. I did apply with LiveOps. My husband and I was going to work for them but I signed under my name and the credit reports were under him, so they sent a letter stating that he was not in the system. That was a mistake on my part. So, I guess I'm going to have to start all over again. Hopefully I can. Sometimes you have to wait so many months to reapply. I just have to do my research.l I have just been busy with Convergys. You are going to love working with the company. I am with Direct Response. I work in the middle of the night and sometimes a split on the weekends so when I have that 4 hour break, I'm very tired and affraid to go to sleep. I have not left my house, I do not remember when. I have learned that is just working from home.
Good luck and keep me up to date how everything is going. Since you have worked for LiveOps you should not have any problems. I have not worked CS in a long time, so it's kind of rough.

- No I did not get on with LiveOps, I started working with Convergys. I just finished training. But, I am going to see if I can apply again just for in case this job does not work out. I am not very good with sales, you don't do much but you do have to upsell. But once I know my products and get good at rebuttals, it will be alot easir.
Good luck with training. Is this going to be your first time working for this company? And if you worked for LiveOps is there any sales invoved or it's just strickly taking orders from infomercials

- Hi Donna, just wanted to know how you were doing and to see if you started Convergys yet. The last I heard you were taking the assessment. How did it go. And I see you have posted that ChaCha is not accepting guides. My husband and I took the assessment and both failed. Well I did anyway. I should have read more about the company and did more research because I was not prepared. Give me a holla when you get a chance. Blessings

I just hate that our other friends: you, cindy and i think poppy I can't remember, but wish all of you could've stayed right with us.
