I just went ahead and entered my current phone number, verified it.. and it let me go ahead w/ program cert. I finished that in just a couple hours. Then, the next morning when my new line was installed, I just changed my number. (which is just like the first time). It takes a few hours after you complete program cert to start, so if you can, I'd just do that. (= Worked for me!

As for me, I worked with Virtu Serve for almost 2 years and they finally downsized, leaving myself and other at home agents without a job. However, I am getting lucky with a couple interviews myself. Well if I say anymore I would start to sound like one of those fake success stories hehe. Anyways keep doing what you're doing and I wish you all the best .
