About me
I am a single mom of 3 with my youngest just turning 17. My how time flies by. Currently I am rebuilding my life after Hurricane Ike took my home, my job and my car. It is kind of interesting (but not cheap) to completely have to start over. I am living in a FEMA trailer just 2 blocks outside of the Bridge City, TX city-limits got to watch as about 5ft of water invaded my house and car. I am looking into working at home because my daughter is going to be a Senior next year and she is a Bridge City Strutter (drill team) and they have alot of activities to attend. I am also attending Lamar University in pursuit of a Bachelor's in Business Administration but am thinking of changing my major to something in the health care field. I am currently in a 8 week training class with Sitel in their in bound call center. I took the site job so that I could get call center experience and later move into a work at home job. I also have a newbee slot with Baby to Bee and am really excited to get started with them.

I agree- I hated that- It was not for me . I would be upset as a consumer signing up for FREE baby stuff and got bombarded like that.
Have you tried http://ucanwah.com I have found all great companies. More than 50- it is hands down the my favorite site to find WAH. No ads, no scams, no kits, no sydtems..none of the usual trash.

WOW Georgeann, I'm sorry about B2B, we all need income and don't force people out who need money. Right now I'm barely making it. I had a interview last Thursday with Stewart Response group and I didn't take the job because it was sales. Outbound starting pay was $10 an hour if you had 4 sales in 1 hour, if not 4 sales then your pay rate would drop to $7.00 an hour. I'm just about totally fed up with sales. If you want to try that, they're looking for folks. There other position is completely commission based pay. I'm glad you were able to keep your FEMA Trailer. What's going on with Sitel, are they closing up shop? I still have West, a couple of mystery shopping companies I work for (they do pay)Text Broker and ChaCha so I'm trying to keep them all so income is kinda coming in from different sources. I'm going to email you something that you may want to look into, I'm actually looking into it right now myself.

Hi Georgeann, I read your update on life and B2B from Jill's page my goodness that is a lot of changes in just the few weeks they let me go. I closed out my AIM and now use my yahoo IM, when I remember to open it up LOL.

How is Avon going for you? I had my first big campaign in a long time, was excited about that, got a few new customers. Lets hope they stay regular.

How does FEMA want you to come up with $3100.00 in about 20 days, like you have that just hanging around. I guess at least they gave you the option to buy. From the news reports I saw some folks just got put out. I know things are hectic right now and may be for awhile, keep the faith and things will start to look up. You've a rough, tough past few years Georgeann and we don't know each other personally, only through workspace and B2B, I'm proud of you, you've hung on and you keep hanging on sweet heart. Take care, it'll get better.

Wow, you are busy. Well, I don't really have many ideas for you. Have you applied to West? I work for them and really like it. Although some people have to wait a long time before getting hired. So you're going to be going into a nursing program? I have a friend that's also doing that and I know her classes keep her busy. That's a good field to go into. It seems like it would be a very rewarding job. Well, take care and I hope everything works out well for you.

I'm working with LiveOps I've been with them for over 2 years that in its self says something about them. I also work with Westat when there is a study available, I was just on a study with them and then Obama cut the funding for the CARS program so now I am without a job with Westat until something else comes along. I worked with West as well they were good to me while I was with them but I was let go when they converted to employee status due to my state. I'm honestly ok with LO and Westat I thought B2B was going to be ok but like I've said before with all those changes and the ongoing time they want you to be available outside of working and not getting paid was just to much. As far as the club goes I still have access but I dont use it, there is nothing in my neck of the woods that I can use it for along with everything else about it. Maybe thats it...LOL.....I have a hard time selling something that I dont believe in......Oh well.... Delete Comment
