I can't remember exactly how long it took them to get back with me after I initially contacted them, I want to say it was in the 4-6 month time frame. Unless they have an urgent need for agents, they don't get back with you right away, just be patient.

Glad to hear the calls are going smoothly for you. Starting something new is always so scary for me. It took me a couple of weeks to get comfortable taking West calls, of course by the time I get comfortable with toy calls the SOW will be over, lol!

You'll find a LOT of information that you need to know on The Hub so its a good idea to spend some time there.
