I had a few issues: Firstly, there is no flexibility in scheduling. Period. I understand the "client" needed its workers to stick to a schedule, but I asked to change mine for the first time, and never received a response. Secondly, the coaches in the chatroom could not even spell. My stats gave me the #1 position on my time from August, 2008-December, 2008, and when I tried for a promotion to coach, I did not receive it. It had nothing to do with tenure, because others were being promoted when they had been on the program the same amount of time as I. Third, I still have a huge issue with being a chatroom where the coaches cannot spell, nor do they have any knowledge that will assist me while I was servicing a card member. It bothered me. Next, I had accumulated enough time for a vacation day, but going back and forth with my Team Leader for a week trying to get ONE day, made me angry, and made me feel as small as an ant. If you appreciate being talked to like a child, no flexibility, no response when serious requests are made to the Workforce Management Team and your Team Leader, as well as issues with payroll (God forbid you have to call the head office in Denver, CO - they spoke to me so rudely I was in tears and my husband wanted me to quit that day - I was not rude in any way, and the payroll problem was their fault and was NEVER fixed). Anyway, I could go on and on, and while the company MAY be ok for some, I do not recommend it AT ALL. This is coming from someone who took her position seriously, and worked darn hard, and valued my position there; more of what they were dishing out to me, I could not take, and therefore, I resigned.

Welcome, Jonathan! I am searching for the same thing, after working for Alpine Access, Inc. for 1 year. I enjoy working from home, and would love to network with you and we could possibly help each other in our search for work-from-home opportunities! I recently just applied with LiveOps, and am waiting to hear from them. I want to make my own schedule, and have more control, and that is Alpine Access did not work for me, and also, other issues.
