I hear it picks up for newbies on the 2nd attempt with calls. I will be back on the phone early in the morning. They say call volume goes up overnight to early morning and on the weekends when most of the infomercials are airing.

You will be allowed to take phone calls after all of the regular courses are completed. Also make sure to take notes during the courses because there is a quiz after each one.

So you have received your id and pass word? You are in the courses area? If so You shouldreceive within 24 hours after getting your log in and password a post box message (emal within the LiveOps Call Center section) stating that your courses are available to take. Your courses will be shown in the middle of the screen on the LOU site. The very long list on the left hand side of the screen on the LOU site are not your courses. Your courses will be listed in the middle of the screen after you receive the email from Live Ops stating your courses are ready to take. Are you with Direct Response, Customer Care or Outbound? This maybe dfferent depending on which area you are working in. I'm working in Direct Response (DR).
If you are in DR there is a list of approxd. 30 courses in which a number of them are voluntary confeence calls and a couple of them are mandatory conference calls. So your course list is actually shorter than what it appears to be.
