The company offers a variety of administrative services ranging from copying and faxing documents to voicemail creation and management. The services are available immediately on a hourly or retainer fee basis, which will secure hours per month to each company. The services fees start at $20.00 up to $35.00 per hour. I actually work currently for ACD and worked this summer for Westat....ACD you are an independent contractor, paid per tt and it's seasonal..the hours are flexible and the calls are inbound and easy...Westat you are an employee, pd weekly, with a set schedule and making outbound calls conducting surveys. I too, am waiting to hear back from West at home..I just finished submitting my paperwork today. Let me know if you have any other questions.
