Okay, first of all Comcast went down after I had committed to 4 blocks and I called in to uncommit and it said that they had no record of my account. No one told me that when you call in to uncommit that your home phone number is your password-NOT your business number.
Then Comcast came back up-just in time-and I logged in to chat. I HATE that you can only chat when you are logged in on the phone. I had so many problems it wasn't funny. My Just Think password was sent to me incorrectly so I couldn't help ANYONE at all. Finally an AF told me to try a different pw and it worked and then COMCAST went down again. So, I was not able to meet one of my commits already. When it came back up I took a call and the black script just disappeared during the call and I sent a msg to an AF and she said to "repop" it. I didn't know what to do about that LOL. I'd never seen anything about how to "repop". I finally told that caller to call back. I ended up not helping one single customer and my frustration level was really high. I do not like that there is no one we can call and that chat thing was pushing me over the edge because every time I'd try to talk to an AF my phone would ring. The one script for Acai is so slow to come up that I ended up missing calls too. Another frustration. I just can't tell you how upset I was. Today is a new day and I am committed for 6 blocks so I am hoping for better. I spent so much money for this-it HAS to work. Anyway, thanks for sharing that you had bad first days and it got better. I really hope I can say the same really really soon.
